    •    Digital products are delivered electronically only. No physical items will be shipped.

    •    Our services are advisory and coordination-based. We do not provide legal, financial, or real estate brokerage services.

2. Payments

    •    All fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase or booking unless otherwise agreed.

    •    Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full payment details.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

    •    Digital Products: Due to the electronic nature of digital kits, all sales are final and non-refundable.

    •    Consulting Services: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion. Missed or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

    •    Coordinating Services: Refer to coordinating agreement.​

By purchasing or booking services, you agree to:

    •    Provide accurate information necessary for us to deliver services.

    •    Understand that as a virtual service provider, we do not:

    •    Perform property inspections.

    •    Collect rent or hold client/tenant funds.

    •    We may interact with tenants for coordination purposes (such as communicating about maintenance concerns, scheduling vendors, or relaying landlord-approved information.) We do not provide legal services, enforce lease terms, or serve notices to tenants.

    •    Hire vendors on your behalf without your consent.

    •    Use our templates and advice in compliance with applicable landlord/tenant laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property

 

All content, templates, and materials are owned by Cloud Residential LLC and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

    •    Our services and digital products are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

    •    We are not responsible for property outcomes, landlord/tenant disputes, or compliance issues resulting from the use of our products/services.

    •    To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.
